1. Are you the original manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer of Chinese construction machinery. We have the full range of products you need, including engines, excavators, forest harvesters, skidders, rotary drills and all kinds of attachments.

2. What kind of payment terms can you accept?
T/T, L/C

3. Which INCOterms can you use?
Usually we use FOB, CFR, CIF, FCA, CIP, CPT.

4. What is the delivery time?
The prepayment is 30% of the total price. Generally, We usually deliver the products within 30 days after receiving the prepayment. If there is inventory, it will be shipped earlier. If there is no inventory, it is necessary to arrange the production. Please consult customer service for specific delivery times.

5. What's the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 1 set.

6. The warranty of the machine and how will you carry out the service?
A: Warranty period: 1 years. During warranty, the warranty period of the replacement parts or assemblies shall be accumulated on the date original parts or assemblies have been used.

7. What is the delivery method?
(1) Land transportation, railway transportation.
(2) Shipping. The products will be shipped to their destination from Guangzhou Port, Qinzhou Port or Shenzhen Port.

8. Can you put the customer's brand on the product?
